Privacy Policy
This policy explains information processed when people visit DesMoinesDockDoorRepair.com or call its service-request number.
Who publishes this website
Des Moines Dock Door Repair is the public publisher brand. It is not the provider that assesses or performs requested work. Privacy and correction inquiries can be made through the phone number on this site using the instructions below.
Information processed when you call
The number may be answered or forwarded by a third-party provider and its telephony vendor. Telephony providers process call metadata such as the caller number, time, duration, and routing information. The provider receives the facility, equipment, contact, and request details the caller chooses to give so it can review the request and respond to questions about capability, availability, pricing, timing, and terms.
Call recording is not enabled by default. Whether recording is ever enabled, and what notice is delivered, depends on the real telephony configuration in use. This policy is not a substitute for an in-call notice when one is required or configured.
Information processed when you visit
The site is hosted on Replit infrastructure. Hosting and request logs can include an IP address, browser user agent, timestamps, requested pages, and technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are installed on every page. GA4 measures website use. Clarity provides session analytics and session replay that can help show how pages are used. These tools set cookies or use browser storage such as local storage, and information is processed under the vendors' terms and settings.
Bing and Google site-verification values are plain meta tags used to verify site ownership; they are not forms or accounts for visitors. A CallRail dynamic number-insertion script may be enabled later. If enabled, it may process call-attribution and number-substitution information according to the actual configuration.
Systems in use
| System | What it processes | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Replit hosting | Request logs such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps | Delivering, securing, and operating the website |
| Google Analytics 4 | Website usage events and device or browser information; cookies or similar storage | Website measurement |
| Microsoft Clarity | Session analytics and replay information; cookies and local storage | Understanding use and usability |
| Telephony providers | Caller number, call time, duration, routing data, and request details | Connecting and operating calls |
| CallRail, if later enabled | Call-attribution and number-insertion data under the configured setup | Call attribution |
Your choices
- Use browser controls to block or clear cookies and local storage. Blocking can affect some site measurement or features.
- Use Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Review Microsoft's Clarity cookie information.
- Call the published number directly without visiting the website.
These choices do not prevent a telephony provider from processing information needed to connect a call that you place.
Children
The site is written for facility personnel and other adults handling commercial equipment matters.
Changes
The effective and last-updated date at the top of this page will be changed when the policy is materially revised. No fixed retention period or deletion guarantee is stated here because those details depend in part on the systems and providers involved.
Questions and corrections
State at the start of the call that the matter is a privacy question or correction so it is not treated as a dock or door service request. Describe the page, system, or information involved.
