These terms govern use of this independent commercial dock and door service-request website.
Acceptance and scope of these terms
The site provides general information and a phone path for commercial and industrial loading dock and dock door requests in the Des Moines metro. It does not accept residential garage-door requests or requests for automatic pedestrian entrance doors. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website.
Independent publisher and referral role
Calls to this website may be routed to a third-party loading dock and door provider for review. That provider—not this website—confirms whether it serves the address, whether it works on the equipment involved, when it can come, what it will charge, and on what terms. This website does not employ technicians, stock parts, inspect docks, or perform repairs.
This website may receive compensation from a provider for a referred request or for work that results from it. That arrangement does not change what the provider charges you, and it does not make this website a marketplace, a bidding service, or a guarantee of any particular provider.
A routed call is a request for provider review. It does not make this website the provider's employer, agent, trade supervisor, contracting party, or guarantor.
No guaranteed provider match, availability, or outcome
No provider match, address coverage, equipment capability, response, appointment, arrival time, diagnosis, repair, result, or continuing availability is guaranteed. A provider must evaluate the request and state what it can offer. The website is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law.
Separate contract with the provider
The provider establishes its own assessment process, proposed scope, pricing, timing, payment terms, warranty terms, and other conditions. Review those terms before authorizing work. Questions or disputes about workmanship, parts, warranties, charges, invoices, or payment belong with the provider identified in its proposal, work order, or invoice, not with this website.
Accurate caller information
Describe the correct facility, address, equipment, position, access conditions, and observable issue. Do not misrepresent authorization to request or approve work. Do not enter hazardous areas, operate damaged equipment, remove guards, or recreate a problem to obtain information for a call.
Informational limitations
Content is not engineering, legal, code, workplace-safety, or procurement advice. It is not a repair instruction, inspection, diagnosis, or statement that equipment is safe or compliant. Do not use the site to perform spring, cable, counterbalance, hydraulic, electrical, pit-entry, restraint override, or fire-door drop-test work.
Keep clear of damaged or unexpectedly moving equipment, stop use of the affected position, and follow established facility procedures while qualified personnel assess it. For immediate danger or an active fire, use emergency services and facility emergency procedures. Official authorities, applicable standards, manufacturer instructions, and the facts at the facility govern over general website summaries.
